Impact Marketing Network Ltd is committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically. We do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, bonded labour, servitude or the exploitation of children or vulnerable people.
We expect the same standards from everyone who works with us, including employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers and business partners.

We support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and recognise our responsibility to remain alert to the risks of exploitation connected with our operations and commercial relationships.

Last updated: 23 September 2026
Scope
This policy applies to everyone working for or on behalf of Impact Marketing Network Ltd, including:
- employees and directors;
- temporary workers and contractors;
- consultants and freelancers;
- suppliers and service providers; and
- other business partners acting on our behalf.
The policy applies to all of our activities, regardless of where those activities take place.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for maintaining this policy rests with Impact Marketing Network’s management. Management is responsible for ensuring that the policy is communicated, implemented and reviewed appropriately.
Everyone working with Impact Marketing Network Ltd is responsible for helping to prevent modern slavery and for raising concerns if they become aware of anything that may indicate exploitation or unlawful working practices.
No person will be penalised for raising a genuine concern in good faith, even if the concern is later found not to be substantiated.
Suppliers and partners
We expect suppliers and business partners to operate ethically and comply with all applicable employment, human rights and anti-slavery laws.
Where appropriate, we may ask suppliers or partners to confirm that they:
- do not use forced, bonded or involuntary labour;
- do not use human trafficking or exploitative recruitment;
- do not employ children unlawfully;
- respect workers’ freedom of movement;
- pay workers lawfully and on time;
- provide appropriate and safe working conditions; and
- maintain suitable policies and controls of their own.
We may review our relationships with suppliers or partners where there is evidence of non-compliance or an unacceptable risk of modern slavery.
Risk management
Impact Marketing Network Ltd is a professional services business and generally operates with a relatively small number of suppliers and business partners. We nevertheless recognise that modern slavery risks can exist in areas such as recruitment, outsourced services, facilities, technology, office supplies and other third-party arrangements.
We take a proportionate, risk-based approach. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- considering modern slavery risks when selecting suppliers;
- reviewing the nature and location of supplier operations;
- requesting relevant policies, confirmations or information;
- including appropriate requirements in contracts;
- monitoring concerns raised about suppliers or partners; and
- taking corrective action where concerns are identified.
Our approach will be reviewed as the size, structure and supply chain of the business develop.
People and awareness
We aim to ensure that people working with Impact Marketing Network Ltd understand the importance of preventing modern slavery and know how to raise a concern.
Relevant information and guidance may be provided through internal communications, onboarding, supplier engagement and other proportionate awareness activities.
Additional guidance or training may be provided where the nature of a role, supplier relationship or identified risk makes this appropriate.
Reporting concerns
Anyone who has a concern about modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation connected with Impact Marketing Network Ltd or one of its suppliers should report it as soon as possible.
Concerns can be reported by contacting us through:
- Email: email@impact1.co.uk
- Phone: +44 (0)203 877 0533

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services. Concerns about suspected modern slavery in the UK may also be reported to the appropriate public authorities.
Breaches of this policy
Any employee or individual working on behalf of Impact Marketing Network Ltd who breaches this policy may face appropriate action, which may include disciplinary action, termination of an engagement or referral to the relevant authorities.
Where a supplier or business partner fails to meet our expectations or does not cooperate with an investigation, we may require corrective action or reconsider the relationship.
Review and improvement
This policy will be reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect changes in our business, supply chain, legal obligations or recognised good practice.
We will consider any concerns, incidents, supplier feedback and changes in risk when reviewing our approach.
This policy is intended to support our wider commitments to ethical business conduct, responsible procurement and respect for human rights.
